Siamo tornati al Relais Mont Blanc in marzo dopo che, in dicembre, avevo regalato un soggiorno alla mia dolce metà. Confermo tutto ciò che ho pensato la prima volta e sento la necessità di metterlo per iscritto: il Relais Mont Blanc vale ogni singolo centesimo. Dalle camere pulite e curate in ogni dettaglio, al personale giovane, appassionato e concentrato a garantire la miglior esperienza possibile. Menzione speciale al ristorante dell’albergo. Dalla colazione, ricca e di qualità eccelsa, alla cena, in cui lo chef ci ha preparato un risotto eccezionale… Un secondo soggiorno che ci ha definitivamente fatti innamorare di questo albergo. Voglio ringraziare il direttore Antonio Petrucci per averci assistito in ogni nostra necessità tanto da convincerci a tornare. Ringrazio infine Sirio, bar manager dell’hotel. Raramente mi è capitato di passare una serata così piacevole in un bar. Oltrechè abile nel miscelare drink, ha dimostrato un notevole savoir fare.

Siamo stati diverse volte negli anni in questo albergo, che si conferma un luogo da favola e con alta qualità nella colazione; con la nuova gestione sono stati migliorati il servizio e l'attenzione al cliente, per un'esperienza che vale il viaggio. Vicino a Courmayeur e agli impianti da sci, lo stesso paese di La Salle è un gioiellino con diversi servizi e attività comode alla struttura.

Avevamo scelto questa struttura anche per le belle recensioni, ma dopo esserci stati davvero non capisco come gli ospiti possano parlare bene di questo luogo esteticamente molto bello ma non all’altezza delle 5 stelle dichiarate soprattutto per quanto riguarda la cucina del ristorante è stato un vero incubo qualità e preparazione delle pietanze davvero terribile. La cosa assurda è che dopo aver manifestato al responsabile dell’hotel la nostra delusione ci ha detto che era la prima volta che qualcuno si lamentava e si vantava che la loro cucina fosse molto apprezzata da tutti… Gli auguro davvero di chiudere mi spiace solo per il personale che con noi è stato davvero gentile e disponibile per il resto non salvo nulla…

Hotel molto bello con una cucina da verrò deliziosa ricca di spunti e con qualità molto alte dei prodotti. Personale gentile salvo una dipendente un po’ approssimativa, spa davvero bella ma con qualche pecca avendo alcune aree non funzionanti e’ un 5 stelle

Struttura elegante, accogliente e arredata con gusto, buona posizione con vista. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il servizio navetta. Considerato il livello dell'albergo sono però doverose alcune migliorie: pavimentazione della sauna ustionante; a colazione aggiungere frutta fresca ( spremute, estratti, ecc) e dispositivo per scaldare il pane; inoltre, evitare il menù alla carta per la colazione con i prezzi a parte; tisane o infusi al bar non in bustine e con miglior qualità.
